Alley Hoops Jam was created
from "The Crowned Tournament Director" Kimberly
M. Edmonds, a long time sports enthusiast and
her supportive management team, Y2 Management,
LLC. Ms. Edmonds was crowned because of her innovation,
dedication and determination to pioneer a grand
event such as Alley Hoops Jam 3-on-3 Basketball
Tournament in Charlotte, NC. This new business
venture is an event production of Y2 Management,
LLC currently owned by Yolanda Webb, CEO & Kimberly
M. Edmonds, COO.
Y2 Management, LLC is a company that provides image consulting
for professional and personal lives, this includes quality
public & media relations, artist development and
management, hospitality services and special event productions.
Our wide array of services offers multifaceted image
enhancements for our clients from concept to fulfillment.
Alley Hoops Jam event is a cohesive integration of community
service and business development through the use of Basketball.
With basketball as the anchor program our development
not only benefits our participants, but it brings recognition
to selected non-profit organizations that have made a
difference in the lives of others, give exposure to local
businesses, and will have local & state level college
representation to increase awareness of higher learning.
With supporting
sponsors such as Time Warner Cable, Fox Charlotte, Charlotte
Bobcats,
Charlotte Stings, Hummer and U Do U clothing to name
a few this is sure to be a major media-sporting event
and
provides entertainment to our spectators. With
our partnerships with local, regional and national organizations
we are creating community involvement, as well as, setting
the stage for year round events that would highlight
the uniqueness of this tournament and the economic viability
of the area. Our 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will promote
a fun, positive and healthy environment, for today’s
active urban families. The atmosphere we offer is like
a carnival, social fest or race, although with an athletic
appeal. Our aim is for the local communities to rally
around this event to support businesses, help participants
to reach their highest abilities, and give back to the
community for the civic pride of the state. |
